SNOW CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Lost, stolen or misplaced cards must be reported immediately to Guest
Services, either in person or by calling 800-U-SKI-241. SnowCard
dollars placed on Passholder cards with pictures are non-transferable.
Only the person pictured on the Passholder card will be allowed to
spend the dollars from that account. The cardholder may be required to
sign a receipt for goods received. Lost Passholder cards can be
reprinted for a fee. The cardholder may be responsible for unauthorized
use of the card. Gift cards without pictures or an assigned name are
transferable. They have no tracking method build into them, and are
considered the same as cash if lost or stolen. Cash cannot be withdrawn
from any SnowCard account. SnowCards cannot be used at Buckeye Sports
Center locations. The cardholder is responsible for maintaining a valid
SnowCard in proper working condition. The Snow Card is the access
device for the member's account. The card must be presented at the time
of purchase and shall be the only means of accessing the participants
account.

SnowCards expire 2 years from the date of purchase. SnowCard funds that
remain on a pass at the end of a season can be transferred to a regular
SnowCard or an updated pass. This will allow the passholder a full 2
years from date of purchase to use the funds. The SnowCard is an
in-house, private label concept. It places a debit account on your
membership ID card or on an unnamed gift card. The account is activated
once funds have been deposited with Boston Mills/Brandywine. The
SnowCard eliminates the need to carry cash, checks, or credit cards and
offers value.
