Group Basics
Setting up a group trip to BMBW is easy--and our friendly, helpful Group Outings staff will assist you every step of the way. Here are the basic requirements:
- Minimum of 15 participants required to qualify for group rates
- For every 15 tickets, you receive 1 (your 16th) FREE
- Skiing and snowboarding groups enjoy FREE Beginner Lessons for ages 8 & over: Lessons are held daily at 10am, 1pm, and 7pm. A 4pm lesson time is also available on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
- Groups need to be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance, and a deposit is required.

Snow Tubing Groups
Enjoy a FUN winter alternative to skiing and snowboarding at the BIGGEST Snow Tubing hill in Ohio. With our conveyor lift to make the trip back up to the top an easy ride, no age or height restrictions, and no need for a lesson, it's a perfect activity for everyone in your group!
During the winter season, Polar Blast is open Fridays from 5pm-10pm, Saturdays from 10am-10pm and Sundays from 10am-9pm. Additional hours are available during Extreme Snow Tubing sessions, Christmas week, New Year's, Martin Luther King Jr. weekend, and Presidents' Day weekend, weather permitting. Check the Snow Report for additional hours or changes in schedule.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
- Reservation for group outings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation. Upon the time of reservation, the number of participants must be given.
- 48 hours in advance, final group numbers must be given to BMBW Group Sales Office.
- At time of arrival, the final payment will be submitted via credit card, company/organization check, or cash.
- Groups are responsible for 90% payment of the final numbers given. (If group books 100 people and only brings 50, group must still pay for 90 people)
- Upon the need to cancel, a 48 hour notice is required. If this notice is not given, your organization is responsible for 90% of your total group payment.
